MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy, enhance our brand presence online, and drive sales. This role requires a blend of originality, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the jewelry industry, short-form narrative, and memes.

Location: Remote (with opportunities for on-site collaboration for projects in Manhattan/Brooklyn)

Commitment: Part-Time (10-15 hours per week)

Duration: 4 months (flexible start date)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Synthesize market research to identify trends and opportunities within the jewelry + accessories market.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, stockists, and related industry brands.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain our promotional strategy across online communities (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with our media team to generate and publish stylized, engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of promotional campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Motivated to engage with online communities through social media and analytics tools.
  • Curious, resourceful and able to generate fun content ideas.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Beginner to intermediate skills in editing videos, images, and audio.
  • Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Business is a plus.
